This recognition is based entirely on anonymous feedback from our team. And this year, the message was clear:

  • Record participation: We have achieved a 70.8% participation rate (up more than 10 points from 2024).
  • Happy at Work: Around 95% of our employees would recommend working at Tym.

Beyond the numbers, what we celebrate is trust and transparency. The high participation rate shows that our team feels that their ideas matter and that their concerns are heard, even with part of the team working remotely as usual.
